This Park City historic home has been lovingly restored over the last two years with great attention to detail in both the design and every conceivable modern amenity. It is a true gem, located just two blocks uphill from Old Town and the Park City Skier Plaza. No car needed. Walk To the end of the street for the ski access Trail to the Town Lift. Walk to main street and all the upscale restaurants and shopping.

You’ll enjoy luxurious accommodation and privacy in this 3 level, 2800 sq ft home, only a five-minute walk to Main Street’s shops, restaurants and night life.
The house features a gourmet kitchen, underfloor radiant heat, air conditioning, hi-speed wireless internet and Xfinity TV’s throughout the home. There are exterior stairs leading from the parking bay down to the spacious yard with a large hot tub and a second entrance to the lower family room and master suite.
The King Master Suite has a walk out deck, flat screen TV, and large master bath suite.
Two private rooms upstairs share a beautiful tile bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds.
